Cancellation Policy Full tuition will be charged once registration is completed. Upon completion of registration and payment of the tuition fee, Prosthodontic Associates Center for Excellence will provide you with a written and/or email confirmation. Confirmed registrants unable to attend the course can obtain a refund by notifying Prosthodontic Associates Center for Excellence in writing or by email, no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the course date. Cancellations past that date will not receive a refund. Prosthodontic Associates Center for Excellence or its affiliated course providers reserve the right to cancel the course prior to the course date due to circumstances beyond our control, in which case a full refund will be provided to the participant. Prosthodontic Associates Center for Excellence will not be responsible for other expenses incurred by the participant (airline and hotel) as long as the course is cancelled more than 14 days in advance. Prosthodontic Associates Center for Excellence reserves the right to substitute appropriate speakers if a planned speaker be unable to attend. With reference to Continuing Education Credits awarded, it is the responsibility of each participant to verify the requirements of his/her provinces' licensing board.  |
